Wallis Lake, Forster-Tuncurry
Fed by four rivers, the Wallamba, Wallingat, Coolongolook and Wang Wauk, Wallis Lake is a well-known haven for all sorts of water activities, such as canoeing, boating and waterskiing.
Crossed by the Forster-Tuncurry Bridge, Lake Wallis has many picnic spots and water access points and is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.
On a side note, the Forster-Tuncurry Bridge, which is the one of the longest pre-stressed concrete bridges in the southern hemisphere, turns 50 later this year.
